Our community and many of our local nonprofits are facing new challenges during the Covid pandemic. Creekside Cares volunteers have expressed interest in being informed of local volunteer opportunities.
The Habitat for Humanity ReStore, at the corner of Page Road and TW Alexander Drive, is looking for volunteers. Volunteers can help out as cashiers or work with customers around the store, answering questions and guiding them to items of interest. Masks are required by all volunteers, employees and customers visiting the store. Creekside Cares donates masks to this ReStore.
The store is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm and shifts range from 2-4 hours/day. Before starting, you'll spend an hour on orientation with the store manager, TJ Bandiera. For more information, email TJ at [email protected].
